The lifestyle channel Discovery Travel & Living has re-branded as TLC (known as “The Learning Channel) from Today, 1st September, 2010 and the channel will carry a variety of informational programming, covering cooking, family, home style, weddings and more.
Discovery sources says, Viewers can expect shows like Cake Boss, Say Yes To The Dress, La Ink, Globe Trekker, Glutton For Punishment, Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern and World Café Asia in the programme line up.
TLC India will join with other Discovery channels in the Indian Feed (South East Asia region) including Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery Science, Discovery HD World and Discovery Turbo.
